​Harassment results in trauma and leads to depression and anxiety, or symptoms related to post-traumatic stress disorder (Parker, 2022), which worsen the mental health of an individual and well-being. To battle and lessen this issue among students in APEC V. Luna, the SC had an answer.

It was a fun, exciting, informative and funnily-intimidating moment for most students on the site. The number of participants that were present on each day of the program were uncountable, especially those who got picked as a training partner by the trainers itself to demonstrate how to do basic self-defense exercises that can be applied in real life situations.

The demonstrations were led by Mr. Fernando Abenir III, Mr. Jetzy G. Muralla, Mr. Jerico M. Malunes and Ms. Rovina T. Monsanto, all of which came voluntarily to teach the students self-defense. They have incorporated self-defense with different day-to-day activities or basic activities for the students to easily adapt.
