With the recent turn of events due to the pandemic, people have realized that taking care of their health should be one of their top priorities apart from being successful in life. There are many ways to take care of one’s self and improve their quality of life, and one of these is becoming more physically active.
During the Marcos Administration led by former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr. around the time of his dictatorship, it has been debated by history experts and pro-marcos people whether the effect of his administration has been beneficial or disastrous. One example of this is the historical declaration of “Martial Law” declared by the President himself on September 21, 1972, wherein he claimed that he had done so in response to a “communist threat”.
